Hi! My name is Naina and I am a passioante teacher and counsellor of the Vedic sciences, with a special focus on Ayurveda. Through the realisations and study of these sciences, I found a deeper meaning and purpose in life that enabled me to feel more balanced and healthy - in all aspects of my being. My background as a pharmacist, originally from the UK enables me to have a credible footing in understanding people’s health concerns - and also allowing me to communicate how Ayurveda works more effectively to a Western audience. After I made a switch from pharmacy to Ayurveda, I began to notice that we need some help and support with our minds, and so I took up a study of Vedic Counselling so that I can support clients on a deeper level with their healing. My aim as your consultant and practitioner is to guide you to more clarity, strength and empowerment in body, mind and Spirit - remaining open to insights and possibilities that this may uncover for you in your life.
